When are we available?
We schedule repairs by appointment Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. If you have specific needs related to work, family, travel or anything else contact us and we can make arrangements.

How do we charge?
At OHA we believe in great value, transparency and competitive total repair cost. For these reasons we offer straight-forward, flat rate pricing.
Our service call fee is $89 and up. This includes the trip and diagnosis of the failing appliance. Parts and labor are charged separately and are quoted upon diagnosis BEFORE any repairs are completed. Labor is billed at flat rates based on the repairs required. Need more than one appliance repaired? Get additional appliances diagnosed for only $59 and up each! Clear ice machines, built-in refrigerators, pro-style ranges, out door gas grills and some other high-end appliances can be $129 and up for a diagnostic trip in some cases
We believe that our customers are intelligent and want up front, honest, and transparent pricing when getting their appliances repaired. Don’t fall for gimmicks or companies that say, “The service call is free or applies to the repair.” We all know there’s no such thing as a free lunch, but there is such a thing as great value.
